All consultations are by appointment only and casual callers will not be seen. Richard will endevour to answer calls personally between 9am - 11am otherwise it is likely that you will be connected to the answerphone. You will understand that for a phone to ring during a session would be unfortunate and as complete confidentiality is paramount Richard must resort to the answering machine.
